Neoprene is our manufacturing base, but it is not what we sell. What we deliver is a product that moves from Design, Sample or Concept through product engineering into a manufacturable, mass-produced item.
Our strongest category is the Swim Vest / Buoyancy Aid. It is where our product, production, testing and compliance experience runs deepest, and where we can reduce the most risk for brands from development and sampling through testing and delivery.
Our own Neoprene lamination capability, together with our affiliated lamination factory Dongguan Huateng Neoprene Sponge Co., Ltd., keeps material preparation, cutting, printing, sewing, assembly and QC inside one delivery system.

From your idea to shipped goods
Requirement & mock-up
You share a design, sample, reference or just an idea. We confirm structure, materials and direction, and can prepare a visual mock-up before quoting.
Sample & review
Pattern, artwork and colour confirmation, then a physical sample — typically 5–7 days. We review specification match and mass-production feasibility before it ships to you.
Order & testing support
Once price, quantity and lead time are agreed: PI, 30% T/T deposit, then production order. For swim vests and toys we help prepare test samples, documents and label files.
Production, QC & shipping
Mass production typically 20–35 days with progress updates, QC or third-party inspection, packing, shipping marks and documents. EXW / FOB terms.
Children’s water products are tested, not just made.
We work long-term with laboratories such as Intertek, TÜV and SGS, and our experience covers physical safety, chemical testing, label and warning documents, and supporting certificates.
